Construction activities started in November 2013 for the new shopping and entertainment center "Kollazh" in Smolensk.

“Kollazh” Shopping Mall, with its size of 53.410 sq.m, will be one of the largest shopping centers in the region.

Key tenants: grocery hypermarket, a multiplex, an electronics store, a bowling alley, cafes, restaurants, and area food-court.
